Mend ships within the continental United States. Orders are usually packed and shipped within two business days of the order being placed.

We currently offer a flat shipping rate of $10 no matter the size of your purchase.

Mend accepts returns and exchanges for 30 days from the date of purchase for full price unused/as new full price goods. To return an item please contact us via phone or email.  

Goods that have been used or damaged are not refundable.

Vintage, used, and clearance sale products are final sale. 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, Mend will cover outgoing shipping on exchanges.
